The HOA pays for electricity for street lights, common area landscaping, common area improvements, and basic administrative functions. The HOA works to be an excellent steward of homeowners’ funds. However, the HOA has not increased dues in many years, and the cost of maintaining these services continues to increase. Therefore, the board has proposed an increase in dues from $100 to $110 per year. To approve this change, we need a majority vote of homeowners. To vote on the proposed dues increase, complete the ballot enclosed with the 2020 dues notice and return it to the HOA for counting.
