There have been many reports of vehicles driving on and/or parked on HOA property, including near the entrance, on vacant lots, and near the pond. There are also reports of garbage dumping on HOA property, including in common waterways and near the pond. Under no circumstances is any homeowner or guest allowed to use HOA property to park, unless it is with specific written HOA permission. In addition, no homeowner may at anytime dump garbage in common areas. Violators will receive one warning, and then will be towed / ticketed with each corresponding offence.
