Enclosed with this newsletter is your copy of the 2021 invoice. This invoice includes any past due balances and your 2021 annual dues. Payment must be submitted by April 30, 2021. We are pleased to report that we can now accept credit cards for payment. To pay via card, please call the HOA at 251.800.9055. If paying with a card, there will be an added 3.5% + .15 per transaction. So for one year of dues, it would be $103.65 vs. $100. We thank you in advance for your prompt payment.
